Chaguar is a strong and resilient fibre, whose natural protection prevents it from getting dirty. However, the natural dyes used in the dyeing process are extremely delicate; they may fade when exposed to water, sunlight, and harsh cleaning agents.

  • If the chaguar becomes stiff, iron it to restore the flexible and versatile structure of its natural state.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, creams, or harsh chemicals.
