Each Curatoria piece is the result of a deeply artisanal process. Our creations are handcrafted by artisans with whom we collaborate year-round, using ancestral techniques passed down through generations.
For example, our sweaters are made with 100% llama wool — hand-sheared, hand-spun, and hand-knitted by a single artisan. This ensures a softer feel than industrial yarns and results in a garment that takes up to 2–3 months to complete. The value lies not only in the materials, but in the time, care, and cultural legacy woven into each piece.
Yes. From weaving and knitting to crochet, dyeing, and finishing, each piece is crafted entirely by hand. Every creation carries the rhythm of its maker — imperfections are not flaws, but signs of authenticity and soul.
All of our pieces are handcrafted in collaboration with artisan communities across Argentina and Peru — from the Andean highlands to the Pampas. We work side by side with each maker to preserve traditional knowledge and ensure a respectful, transparent process from start to finish.
We work with noble, natural materials that reflect the landscapes they come from — llama, sheep, and alpaca wool; vegetable-tanned leather; and organic cottons. Many of our yarns are hand-spun, and our leathers are dyed and finished without synthetic chemicals, prioritising sustainability and skin-friendly results.
We recommend gentle care to preserve the integrity of the handmade work. For wool garments, hand wash with cold water and mild soap, then lay flat to dry. For leather, store in a cool, dry place and condition sparingly. A detailed care guide is included with every order.
Orders & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. All Curatoria products are shipped worldwide from Buenos Aires - Argentina.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders require up to 24 hours for processing before they are shipped.
- For domestic orders: 5–7 business days after processing.
- For international orders: 7–16 business days, depending on your country and local customs.
