SHIPPING

All CURATORIA pieces are carefully prepared and shipped worldwide from our atelier in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Delivery times vary according to destination: International orders: approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your country and local customs procedures.

As our operations are based in South America, international shipments involve a longer journey. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this allows us to uphold our commitment to responsible production and thoughtful distribution.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may assist you promptly.

RETURNS

At CURATORIA, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with intention and care. We hope it becomes part of your story — but if it doesn’t feel quite right, we are here to assist.

We accept returns within the following timeframes:

• Pieces returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment.
• Pieces returned between 8 and 14 days of delivery are eligible for store credit.

To be accepted, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached, in their complete original packaging — including the shipping box, tote bag, garment bag, and all protective elements — ensuring they are safely preserved in transit.

Complimentary returns are available for orders within the United States. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As our atelier is based in Argentina, each return carries a considered logistical and environmental impact. For this reason, we encourage mindful purchasing and remain available to guide you with sizing, fit, and styling prior to your order.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will notify you of its approval.

Approved returns within the 7-day window will be refunded to your original method of payment. Returns within the 8 to 14-day window will be issued as store credit.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping and logistics costs are non-refundable.
