A pre-order piece is crafted exclusively upon request — produced in your selected size and specifications once your order has been placed. This approach allows us to honour our commitment to responsible production while preserving the integrity of artisanal craftsmanship.

Pre-ordering ensures your piece is created with intention, avoiding excess production while supporting a more conscious approach to luxury.

Production typically requires 45–60 days before the piece is ready for dispatch.

How to Place a Pre-Order

Purchasing a pre-order item follows the same process as any standard order. Simply select your preferred piece and size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, our atelier will begin crafting your garment.

Payment

Pre-order items must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are processed as a regular transaction.

Orders Containing Pre-Order + Available Items

If your order includes both available and pre-order pieces, you will receive a single confirmation email for all items.

Available pieces may be shipped separately upon request. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Because each pre-order piece is handmade specifically for you, all pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable.
