SHIPPING

All CURATORIA pieces are carefully prepared and shipped worldwide from our atelier in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing prior to dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.

Delivery times vary according to destination: International orders: approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your country and local customs procedures.

As our operations are based in South America, international shipments involve a longer journey. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this allows us to uphold our commitment to responsible production and thoughtful distribution.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may assist you promptly.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 40 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

As our atelier and main offices are located in Argentina, returns represent a significant logistical and environmental commitment. We encourage mindful purchasing and remain available to assist you with sizing or product guidance prior to completing your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as CURATORIA cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding its approval.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you prefer, you may opt to receive a store credit for the full value of the returned item.

Original shipping and logistics costs are non-refundable.
