In Forbes Argentina, Astrid Muñoz — founder of CURATORIA — is recognized for redefining the intersection between luxury and craftsmanship. After an international career as a model working with houses such as Chanel, Valentino, and Yves Saint Laurent, Muñoz embraced entrepreneurship with a vision: to honor ancestral techniques while positioning Argentine artisanal design on the global luxury stage.

What began as a curated pop-up during the Argentine Open Polo tournament quickly evolved into a permanent brand developing its own collections in collaboration with artisans from more than ten provinces. To date, CURATORIA has worked with over 350 craftspeople — more than 70% women — fostering both cultural preservation and economic opportunity.

Rooted in authenticity, heritage, and human connection, the brand reflects a new definition of luxury — one aligned with slow fashion, sustainability, and timeless design. With a growing international clientele and recognition from the Latin American Fashion Summit, CURATORIA is now preparing for global expansion, with the United States as a key next step.

Forbes highlights Muñoz’s broader mission: to reshape the narrative of luxury by proving that true value lies not in logos, but in craftsmanship, story, and the hands behind each piece.
