Born in Puerto Rico, Astrid Muñoz became one of the first Latin American women to achieve international recognition in fashion. She walked the runways of Chanel, Christian Dior, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, among others, and appeared in international campaigns for Balenciaga, Valentino, and Yves Saint Laurent. Her image graced the covers of Vogue, Marie Claire, L’Officiel, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar.

After more than a decade as a global model and style icon, Astrid redirected her creative vision toward photography — collaborating with the same maisons, but this time from behind the lens. Traveling across Argentina to photograph the gauchos, she found a profound source of inspiration for her brand CURATORIA.
